We believe that listening to God and each other is a vital part of a Christian's life, as is talking to God and sharing with others. At ES, we seek to do these things in Small Groups.
We believe that God has made himself known to his people and that he has spoken through his son Jesus and in the Bible. We want to know God better and Small Groups are a fantastic way of doing this!
They also provide the opportunity to get to know your fellow students better and for them to get to know you! Prayer helps us to express our dependence on God and to involve him in our lives and so we spend time praying at Bible Study Groups as well!
In summary, each week during the semester we meet to:
- Study the Bible together, seeking to know God better
- Share our lives and get to know each other better
- Pray for each other and for our campus
